Fulton Film Company gets gobbled up by Magnitude Visuals

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Fulton Film Company Acquired by Magnitude Visuals:
Hollywood Filmmakers Expanding Their Reach

Hollywood, CA - Fulton Film Company has officially been acquired by Magnitude Visuals, an innovative visual content creation and digital marketing company. Unlike mergers, this acquisition means that Magnitude Visuals will fully absorb Fulton Film Company and take full control of the organization.

The deal includes the re-organization of intellectual property, which is set to expand the "Teach. Coach. Mentor." Program and the Financial Literacy Film Festival into more schools by Winter 2023. This move will continue to make a huge, positive impact in local communities and help to reduce the recidivism rate.

Founder of Fulton Film Company, Mr. George Ohan, and Founder of Magnitude Visuals, Mr. Oscar Garcia, are both Hollywood trained filmmakers and U.S. military veterans who have thrived on innovation.

They have made it their mission to share their knowledge and experience with young people through their Teach. Coach. Mentor. program which was created at Compton High School. The acquisition by Magnitude Visuals marks the beginning of a new chapter for both companies as they work together to amplify their reach and impact.

The motivated veterans will continue to be at the forefront of the expansion, bringing their passion for film and mentorship to even more schools.

This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between Hollywood and local communities while promoting financial literacy and education. Through this acquisition, Magnitude Visuals is once again demonstrating its unwavering commitment to inspiring, educating, and empowering underserved youth.

Tanji Got Talent
Fulton Film Company in
The Gambia, West Africa

Tanji Got Talent stands for GOOD.

Teach. Coach. Mentor. is our motto.

Community organizers in West Africa use arts and creativity to keep children off of the streets and gainfully occupies learning new skills.

As the community comes together to learn new skills, they are positioning themselves for a brighter future with more options. Singing, Acting, Dancing, Audio, Film, and much more!

The opportunities that are created for the community in Tanji are open to all children and young adults, even if they cannot afford tuition to traditional schools.

We want to show our friends in West Africa that we stand in solidarity with them in their mission to educate our future generations.

A huge thank you to Eben Yelson from Ghana, and Modoulamin ML Sowe from ML's Fulton Film in The Gambia, for connecting us with Mr. Momodou S. Jallow, the visionary CEO behind Tanji Got Talent.

The money pays for food, water, locations, equipment, safety gear, and other basic necessities. The money goes a long way, and has a great positive impact on many needy people.

The community members involved will all be learning new skills, which can be  translated to income producing employment for them in the near future.

*Would you like to align yourself
with a TOP Hollywood movement?
Let's talk!

What is the point of this event?
EDUCATION brought to
underserved communities
in a fun way.

How can we educate the world about the rules of money, provide training and safety guidance to the local entertainment business industry,
and still have fun while doing it?

Our solution:
Create a film festival with an educational theme!

"Teach. Coach. Mentor."
So, What kind of movies are these exactly?
Bite-size and thought-provoking short films,
created with the help of the entire global community.

Films will range from 3 minutes to 10 minutes each.

We will watch 7-10 short films.

We use ART and we use
CREATIVITY to
tell important stories.

*Red carpet entrance for all attendees.

Building a team with like-minded people is a great way to go deeper with connecting about things that really matter, to you and your family.

Short films are a great way to connect people within the community. People don't usually discuss politics, religion, or anything that does not have something to do with the current project on a film set.

The Financial Literacy Film Festival believes that
Collaboration and Expressing, are beautiful ways to build
long-lasting and meaningful relationships within our communities.

Let's build!

Digital Marketing in 2020 for Professionals online - "How to"

5-7 Minute READ:
Re: Marketing.
Author: George Ohan

BRAND will beat SEO in the future -
Money Talk with George Ohan
December 17, 2019

Where will leads come from in the future?
You think Google search will be
the same 10 years from now?
haha! Really?!

THINK ABOUT THIS:
Business Referrals from your
"in home Voice device" is the future.
It's binary....
Machines will have Built in NAMES, for Lead generation....

Sample:
"Alexa get me
George Ohan
marketing specialist."

..........
We are at a crossroads of technology.
What will the future look like?

When people say "BRAND"
it is your Personal Brand,
or call it your REPUTATION.
(If you are too shy to promote yourself via video,
Come up with a Logo or Character)

Put out content at YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn,
or your business will not exist in 10 years.
(Build a BRAND.)

MAJOR KEY:
**LinkedIn is HOT right now.
They have more users than quality content.
You can get in easy, and create short videos of your experiences.
People will begin to follow your trusted advice.

"Build a Brand."
Sales driven intent and data alone,
will NOT work in the future.
(Read that again. Understand it.)**

Google search will not be the same.
(This is your BUSINESS,
don't trust an intern with this.)

Watch your customers;
read the comments; what are they saying?

To be relevant in the future,
we need to Build awareness
around PEOPLE and NAMES
who provide any services.

SAMPLE:
"Alexa, call insurance guy Carlos Anzures."

Make sure your NAME is
what comes to mind for
a particular service.

PROMOTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA:
Give info, Give info, Give info, ASK for the sale......

(Give value.... then ASK for something.)

PRODUCE YOUR OWN CONTENT:
DON'T MIX IN A SALES CALL.

Give people valuable information.
Don't ask for a sale right away.

Social Media will be "Dead" meaning it
will be much different in 5-10 years.
What's your strategy to stay relevant?

Does your business understand
contemporary communication?

How will Customers and Businesses
communicate in 2020?

****MAJOR KEY****
*******LEARN*******
Artificial Intelligence,
 Virtual Reality,
Block Chain,
Machine Learning...

- Where will you start?

That stuff is the NEW social media,
and advertising of the future.

I sure am happy that I'm learning about it daily!

WHAT CAN I DO for my BUSINESS in 2020?
Build a list!
Use a Text message service.
Gather names & phone numbers.

Are you adding value to other people's
businesses, with your information?

RETURN ON INVESTMENT - ROI
WHAT if I try something new AND LOSE LEADS?

YEAH, SO? Any new technology takes time to dabble in, and learn.
You do this by flexing 5% - 10% of your total Marketing Budget to NEW TECHNOLOGY in advertising.

How else can you stay ahead of your competition?

A decline of leads will usually happen,
when you use something new. Until
you figure it out! Then it's payday.

TOUGH this out, and get to the
great leads, with a new platform, First.

Business requires a team.

HOW CAN I CREATE CONTENT?
Create a 1 minute "Thought of the day."
short video for your business.
That is CONTENT.

**Talk about things that you've learned.
Your business experience.
 Do not sell anything.

You don't need to know all this stuff,
because you know me!

Inbox any questions about social media or digital content production my friends.

Very respectfully,

YouTube rules for posting "Made for Kids" content

Hello world!!
Important changes that may impact your monetization and content discoverability are coming.

Starting today, all creators are required to tell us if their content is made for kids in order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and/or other applicable laws. To help you comply, we are introducing a new audience setting in YouTube Studio.

Depending on the amount of made for kids content on your channel, you can set your audience at either the channel level or the video level. For those who are setting at the channel level, it is just one click.

Potential Audience Settings
These changes are required as part of a settlement with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and NY Attorney General, and will help you comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and/or other applicable laws.

We know that these changes won’t be easy for some creators, and that this required change is going to take some time getting used to. But these are important steps to take to ensure compliance with the law.

Please read more below to understand your legal obligations and the impact
these choices may have on your channel.
What is changing?
Starting today, all creators are required to mark their content as made for kids or not made for kids in YouTube Studio.

Starting in January: we will limit the data we collect on made for kids content to comply with the law. This means we will disable personalized ads on this content (which affects revenue for creators making content for kids), as well as certain features like comments, notifications and others. Note: You may see some small changes as we experiment and refine our systems over the next few months.

For a list of affected features, go here.
Why is this happening?
These changes are required as part of a settlement with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and NY Attorney General, and will help you comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and/or other applicable laws.

Regardless of your location, we are required to ask you to set your videos as made for kids if they fall into that category, please make these settings as soon as possible.

We’ll also use machine learning systems to help us find content that is clearly made for kids. But do not rely on our systems to set content for you -- like all automated systems, ours are not perfect.

If you don’t set your content or if we detect error or abuse, we may set your audience for you. If you fail to set your content accurately you may face compliance issues with the FTC or other authorities, and we may take action on your YouTube account.

What is “made for kids” content?
We cannot provide specific legal advice, but according to the FTC’s guidance on COPPA, a video is child directed (which we call “made for kids”) if:
It is directed to children as the primary audience (e.g. videos for preschoolers).
It is directed to children but children are a secondary audience (e.g. cartoon video that primarily targets teenagers but is also intended for younger kids).

Learn more about the factors that determine if your content is considered as made for kids here.

We know this won’t be easy for some creators, and that this required change is going to take some getting used to. While we cannot provide legal advice, we are committed to helping you through this transition.

You can learn more about your own obligations under The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the tools we are building to support you here.
