Ken Rose currently represents the Recording Academy, GRAMMY® Awards, American Music Awards, The Critics Choice Awards and The Producers Guild – PGA Awards to name a few. Rose is involved with the top recording artists as well as major motion picture and television projects developing sponsorship and product placement relationships to offset production budgets.
Previously, Radio & Records leveraged Rose for his production skills for Concert Cinema and their entertainment division. Rose produced music and videos for such acts as Stevie Nicks, Lionel Richie, Kansas and Toto. Rose co-founded Prosonus a digital audio production company. Prosonus had several divisions including Record Mastering, Audio for Motion Picture and Technical Products.
Nominated for a TEC award for technical excellence, Prosonus was considered a top producer and leading edge creator of digital audio products CD mastering and the critically acclaimed Prosonus sample library. Prosonus was the first independent digital mastering company responsible for re-mastering the catalogues of Jimi Hendrix, Barbara Streisand, Frank Sinatra and The Beach Boys among others.
Rose brought digital audio to motion pictures and television working on major motion pictures including “Days of Thunder”, “Bird on a Wire”, “Born on the 4th of July” and “RFK, In His Own Words” to name a few. In 1992, Rose sold Prosonus and pursued his production roots as an independent producer working with top acts such as Todd Rundgren, Graham Nash and Alan Parsons. Rose was an expert consultant to Apple Computer in development of Itunes.

Rhonda has been in the music industry since graduating from USC. Rhonda started her career at Motown and has worked for Chrysalis, EMI, PolyGram, IRS and Virgin. Rhonda started Heavy Harmony in 1992. Heavy Harmony is a music publishing, music library, music supervision, licensing, clearance and placement company based in Los Angeles.
Rhonda has represented writers and artist/writers including but not limited to Skip Scarborough “Lovely Day”, “ Can’t Hide Love”, “Love Ballad”, “Giving You The Best That I Got”; Hanson “MMMBop”; Howard Hewett, as well as Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Ralph Johnson of Earth, Wind and Fire, whose song “Sounds Like A Love Song” was sampled by JayZ . Keyshia Cole and The Dream. Rhonda works with Smokey Robinson, Alan Parsons, Howard Hewett, and co-manages producer, writer DJ BattleCat (Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube), Rhonda works with various film composers such as Jeff Porter, Aaron Embry, Chris Hayzel and others.
