FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Fulton Film Company Acquired by Magnitude Visuals:
Hollywood Filmmakers Expanding Their Reach
Hollywood, CA - Fulton Film Company has officially been acquired by Magnitude Visuals, an innovative visual content creation and digital marketing company. Unlike mergers, this acquisition means that Magnitude Visuals will fully absorb Fulton Film Company and take full control of the organization.
The deal includes the re-organization of intellectual property, which is set to expand the "Teach. Coach. Mentor." Program and the Financial Literacy Film Festival into more schools by Winter 2023. This move will continue to make a huge, positive impact in local communities and help to reduce the recidivism rate.
Founder of Fulton Film Company, Mr. George Ohan, and Founder of Magnitude Visuals, Mr. Oscar Garcia, are both Hollywood trained filmmakers and U.S. military veterans who have thrived on innovation.
They have made it their mission to share their knowledge and experience with young people through their Teach. Coach. Mentor. program which was created at Compton High School. The acquisition by Magnitude Visuals marks the beginning of a new chapter for both companies as they work together to amplify their reach and impact.
The motivated veterans will continue to be at the forefront of the expansion, bringing their passion for film and mentorship to even more schools.
This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between Hollywood and local communities while promoting financial literacy and education. Through this acquisition, Magnitude Visuals is once again demonstrating its unwavering commitment to inspiring, educating, and empowering underserved youth.
